  2. I am just speechless…speechless!!! Because of our demand for energy and nuclear this and nuclear that, look at what the hell we have done! Wow!!!

    • Well, according to another reader, this is all just normal stuff and the photos/article amount to pure sensationalism. I’ve gardened most of my life and never had anything this mutated-looking pop up in my veggie beds so…make of it all what you will, I guess.

  3. Actually, as someone who had a certified organic farm for well over a decade, and who spent many more years as an organic gardner, as well as working on organic farms for many years, I see absolutely nothing unusual in these photos. Or, more to the point- just the wonderous and strange world of genetics. My local co-op for many years had a display of many of the genetic mutants that came quite naturally from the local organic farms.

    Nature is a strange and wonderful thing…

    (This is not to discound the potential effects from the disaster. So much as to say that this is, at best, sensationalism. )

    @d.a.o.t.:
    1. check the background-radiation in your gardens. :-)
    2. mail the adress of your “co-op” to the IAEO.
    3. EVERY MUTATION IN NATURE IS TRIGGERED BY NUKE RAYS vs D.N.A., otherways it is only *EVOLUTION*!
    4. if you think this thread is sensationalism, so why do you commenting here?
