Great post! ..Great to see that others recognize what the world has lost by Hugo’s untimely ‘death’ .. Hugo was a classic example of what Chomsky calls ‘the threat of good example’ .. ‘losing’ Venezuela was a major strategic blunder for the USG .. all that lovely oil so close by yet so far away.. ;o)
